A little bit about the guest
Jelena was part of the Zuper journey from the very beginning, starting out as the Head of Mobile and built the product "from 0 to 1" in the early days. She was involved in all processes; from research and user interviews to wireframing and leading scrum processes.
Within a year, Jelena had become CPO and was spearheading the further growth of the team and the strategic outlook of the product and vision, and expansion to other markets. She built Zuper's product and product team from MVP to 200k+ installs and 100k+ users on mobile, along with a cross-functional team of PMs, designers, and analysts. Jelena is now the Head of Mobile at Hostelworld Group.
