A little bit about the guest
Aditi is currently leading the global design practice for corporate clients’ wholesale payment operations at JPMorgan Chase, but she’s also a lecturer at several prestigious design schools around the world. Her customer experience design program at the Pratt Institute in New York has quickly become one of the top ten design programs in the United States.
Recently, the Authority Magazine named Aditi an Inspirational Woman in STEM, and she’s been featured in regular publications such as CX Network, Finance Magazine, and SXSW (South by Southwest). Before JPMorgan Chase, Aditi was at Accenture Interactive and set up customer-centric design programs for Walmart, DuPont, and Cargill.
